Only having this issue with one person, it prints fine for everyone else. Go to print preview and it shows the footer on 2nd page. If you change the margin it will put the footer on the 1st and only page but this needs to be done every single time. Why is this only an issue on one computer? Thanks in advance.

Are they using a different font or page setup for the printer (for example A4 instead of Letter)? I wouldn't expect large desktop fonts to change printing, but it is HTML so it probably does. Worth checking.
