Hey, Chris:
I don't know of anything out of the box without using code. I know you have qRules, so I'll suggest a qRules based solution for you. Take a look at the SetDefaultView command. If you use this with GetInputParameters, you can pass in an input parameter from your URL and then use SetDefaultView based on the value of the input param. Here's an article that discusses using input parameters in URLs.
So, for example, you'd have a URL to your form that looked like: http://server/library/Forms/template.xsn?View=Sales
On the QdabraRules finishedLoading node, you'd add some rules with the condition that the finishedLoading node was equal to true. Your first command would be GetInputParameters and the command would look like: GetInputParamter /key=View. Your second command would take the value from the QdabraRules Result node (which, if GetInputParamters ran and your param was available from the URL would be equal to Sales) and use it in the SetDefaultView command. You can add some error handling here -- check to make sure that Success = true, for example, then run the rule for SetDefaultView. That command would have to use a concat formula, so for the value for the QdabraRules Command node, you'd click the fx button, and enter a formula:
concat("SetDefaultView /view=", Result)
Wherein you selected the Result node using Insert Field or Group.
Hope that helps!
