InfoPath Dev

 I just started working with infopath and need help with drop down box functions. I plan on using this for payroll and will have a number of people that will always be on the list. What i need to know how to do is have a "add new" box so that i can just type in new people instead of having to redesign the form and adding them to the list. 

 Any help would be appreciated.

How about creating a SharePoint list, and pulling the names from there? That way, it's as simple as adding/editing/deleting entries in the SharePoint list. That way the XSN does not need to be redesigned and republished. Good luck!
