     Hi, i have a form with a button.Upon the click of the button i am saving data to the list.Now i want the form to redirect to a sharepoint page on button click(to the page containing list).

    I have used System.Web directive and have written the following code in the button event

    HttpContext.Current.Response.Redirect("http://sps17/sites/IPtest/IPformtest/Lists/Project%20Initiation/Project%20Proposal.aspx",false);

    and i am redirecting to the page in the same site collection,but now i am getting "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

    The  HttpContext.Current is taking null.

    Can anyone help me out with this,i ve tried a lot to solve it but couldn

    Thanks in advance

    The solution given in below site works fine for me. Hope this can help you too. You do not need to add any code for this.
