Hi All,

First, Login user have enter the data in the form and submited. [ intailly, checkbox control disable ] .

Once the Manager reopen the form  which i was created ,the checkbox control should enable. How to do that ? Is it possible.

 Its very importtent please do needful. waiting for reply

You will first need to create user roles in your form. There are numerous Microsoft articles on this subject.

Once the roles are created and the users are being detected correctly, you can add conditional formatting to the checkbox based on the current user's role.
