    Unbound Display Fields

My goal is to provide users some additional details after they select an item from a list.  Specifically, the users select a model number from a list, I'd like to display some details about the model so they can verify they've selected the right one.  I don't need to store this extra data, it's only for the users' peace of mind .  Is there a way to add an unbound text box to just displayed filtered data based on the list selection?  Is there another method to accomplish the same goal?  I'm currently doing this with bound fields but in the interest of efficiency, I'd like to avoid submitting unneeded data to my database.

If it isn't a huge table (so the data load doesn't slow your form down) add a secondary data connection to the table that has the additional info you want to display. Put controls on the form bound to the data field and add a filter to the repeating table or section (whichever you decide to use) to display only the details for the selected model number....

Thanks for the feedback.  I created the extra fields so I could display the additional information and it's worked out fine.
