Pulling information from a repeating table into a seperate list

So I have seen several posts pertainig to theis topic, but I am still slightly perplexed.  I am trying to pull all the repeating table information from a Form Library and either move it into a sharepoint list I can export to excel, or directly export it into a database somehow.  I have a repating table that I can set up so that I simply need the data in order to be able to manipulate into relationships I want outside the sharepoint environment.

To try to put more narratively, I have a single purchase request form that tracks an approval process, but also its payment process.  The transactions against this request are in a repeating table and I would like to track each line of transactions.

    Thanks for the help!

    Hi Etg222,

My recommendation would be to submit the repeating table rows to SharePoint. You can write code to do this but it will take a lot of time and only work for one form. We provide a free trial of qRules that will do the work. You have to spend a few minutes using a tool to set up the mapping. Once you have that set up, you can easily Submit the Repeating Section or Table to a SharePoint list. You can even round trip the items from SharePoint and incorporate changes into your InfoPath form (if users edit the list).

qRules is a free trial that we provide to this forum because it saves people money. It doesn't make Qdabra any realy money. We do charge $199 to purchase to handle the cost of updates but it's much cheaper than having a developer try to implement the same functionality and it can be used in all of your forms. If you give us a testimonial, we're happy to provide it for less than that, but try the free trial first. It only takes 30-60 minutes to download, read the user guide and set up your form.
