InfoPath Dev

I have created browser enabled infopath form template. This form template's drop down list retrive table from oracle database. For this i have created custom web service and it is working fine. After deploying and publishing the form this form opened and retrive all items in a drop down list. But whenever any other user opens this form in a browser it gives me error 5566. I have kept this data connection in a trusted data connection library and .udcx file in a Central admin still am getting same error. Can anyone help in this scenario? Thank you 

Edit the web.config and add-in the <bypasslist> element

If the annonymous access for the site is enabled, need to turn it off
