Hi, I have an infopath form with a dropdown list of 275 items that I have manually entered one by one (What a pain). I have an email data connection which sends an email to a given email address with an action rule on button submit. The form works fine in infopath filler but when i deploy it on SharePoint and submit the form it crashes. When I remove the drop down list it works fine. So its really because of volume of data in the dropdown list. Is there any known issue with dropdown list size in infopath and email data connection? thanks in advance. regards, Khurram

Hi Khurram, I don't know any limitation about that. I suggest you to put your items on an xml files and insert it as a part of your template, after that you can bind your drop down to that data connection.
