    Qrules v.2.3 CopyTable

We just got a corporate license and been using QRULES for couple of days. Its a nice product with what i worked so far.

Im getting a strange error with CopyTable function when trying to copy data from Secondary data source to the Main. Tried solving myself for several days but think it might be something else so seeking help here.

    Function used: CopyTable /dsnamesrc=GetQueryResults(PSAWDPCH) /tablesrc=/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/tns:GetQueryResultsResponse/tns:GetQueryResultsResult/QueryResults /rowsrc=Table /tabledest=/my:myFields /rowdest=my:emailview /empty=yes

Error message :  An error has occurred executing the rule. The table row of the source and destination must contain the same number of elements and attributes.

Note( in-case its a issue): My Secondary Datasource [ GetQueryResults(PSAWDPCH) ] is a web-service that returns a "DataSet" with a "Table" in it.

To narrow this problem,  i just kept one field in a repeating group.

    Hi:

I believe this is due to your data source that you are copying from containing a Choice section.

You may have to take an alternative approach, using the Insert command to insert the correct number of new sections into your main data source, then using a counter and rules to copy over your data. Here's a post by Jo-Anne explaining this technique. Or, conversely, you may want to alter your web service so that the returned data isn't interpreted as a Choice section by IP.
