Sending repeating table rows to list and document library

    1. My infopath form template's repeating table contains 4 columns and user can add as many as rows he want. Now whenever i submit this form its repeating table all rows are saved in single row of document library. Is there any chance i save each row of repeating table to each row of document library after submit?

    2. Using updatelistitem web service i send all the repeating table rows to the spcific list, but all these rows of repeating table are saved in single row of list. Is there any chance i can add each row of repeating table to each row of list?

I would appriciate your help. Thank you

    Hi,

You are going to either need to get your data into a SQL DB or use a SharePoint library or list as a relational DB to do what you need.

You should take a look at our qRules tool.  qRules can submit your repeating data to a SharePoint list or SharePoint library and create a row for each repeating record in your form.  And by using ID's to link this together you can create a relational DB essentially from the flat sharepoint list or library.

Check out qRules here, there is a free trial version: http://www.qdabra.com/en/products/qRules.aspx

We also have a tool called Database Accelerator (DBXL) that is a generic web service that allows you to map your InfoPath data to SQL Server (http://www.qdabra.com/en/products/DBXL.aspx)

    Ted
