I have connected a pull down feild1(ITEM) within a repeating table to data in SQL. I have setup another pull down to auto increment a number in feild2(PartNumber)
The pull down Feild1(ITEMS) list all the documents in all Sharepoint document libraries,and Feild2(PartNumber)Autogenerates a Unique incremented Number)
I am trying to get the data to NOT show documents already selected in previous feilds.
Example:
SQL UserData table contains: File1.doc file2.doc file3.doc
In Infopath I select Feild1 (ITEMS) and select file1.doc
Feild2(PartNumber) AutoGenerates a Unique PartNumber
Now I select ADD ITEM
In the Pull Down Feild1(ITEM) I need the list not to show the item previously selected.
I used a filter and got it to work, However it only omits the first ROW Selection.
Can someone help with this?
