Setting Height in Rich Client Form

Is there a setting in Design mode for height of a template when using InfoPath Client?

Hi, I don't think there is a setting for this. If you want to set the height you can add a table and set the minimum height on the row properties.

I already have a table for layout.  It is just annoying having all that white space with the scrollbar.  Thanks.

If you select automatically set row height InfoPath will try to reduce the row size to the minimum. If you attach your form I can give you some advice about your white spaces.

My form looks fine and table rows are adjusted properly.  The white space I am referring to is the white space below the table where there are no fields.  Someone suggested that I create a print view to control the height and I may try that.

Turns out I had extra spaces below the table.  Just had to delete them.

It sounds like you are saying that when InfoPath opens your form, there is enough whitespace that there are scroll bars showing on the side of the application itself, is that correct?

A few things could be causing that. There may be whitespace characters below your controls (i.e., the Enter key was pressed repeatedly). There may be a layout table that is set to a wide row width.

You can always try creating a new view, and copying your form controls from the "bad" view into the new view and then preview to see if that fixes it. If you want, post your template with a reply (under the Options tab) and I can take a quick look at it.
