    InfoPath 2003 + Visual Studio 2008 + Sharepoint 2003

    Hi all,

I've just joined so am very n00b.

I've had some good success with using InfoPath and Sharepoint 2003. I then need to do some more complex programming so have Visual Studio 2008. I've also downloaded and installed the VSTA 2.0.

However. I can't get Visual Studio and InfoPath to 'connect'. InfoPath isn't giving any options under the Programming menu. Creating a InfoPath 2007 project in VS results in an 'untrusted component' error with the VSTA (this appears to be that although you can create InfoPath 2003 compatible projects you still need InfoPath 2007 installed).

With a bit more google I think what I need to do is re-install InfoPath 2003 and make sure the .Net Programming option is selected. Before I go that far is there anything else I'm missing? Or any other definitive documentation about getting InfoPath 2003 and Visual Studio 2008 working together?

Thanks in advance for any help.

     Regards
    James
