InfoPath Dev

I have published a template to a SharePoint library. When I am in the library and select New, the form deploys in the brower as is should.  When I complete the form and hit Submit, the message box says "Form Submitted Successfully" but it doesn't appear in the library.  Where did it go and how do I fix it?  Anyone have any ideas?

 

Take a look at your submit options in the template in design mode -- is the form set to submit to the same library that it is published to?

I guess I must have mistyped something because when I started over it worked.
