Hi,
Its a simple requirments. I need to send a message to 1000 employees via utlook with help of infopath. That can get the username as per logged in user into the email that i have sent and has a dropdown with some product names. the user has to select a product from the list. have a others option that he can select an a box opens for editing where he can enter manually also.

Well create a new template, create an email submit connection, drag a drop down list box, use a text box if the user selects others in the drop down list box(show/hide text box based on drop down list box value). that is all you need to do
