    It is available on the client infopath designer: right click a repeating section, the section is selected, copy  the values of the fields on the form, then you can paste the values to a newly created repeating section.

    This feature is not available on brower-enabled form?

    This feature is not available in browser enabled forms(when viewed in browser). There are many other features that are not available in browser enabled forms. only a sub set of features available in client forms are enabled in browser enabled forms.
