InfoPath Dev

SharePoint newbie here as of this week.  I have InfoPath and SharePoint and am able to create a data connection to submit form data.  In addition, I also created a "Retrieve Info" connection where I retrieve info from the SharePoint library (i.e. Created, Created_By, Modified, and Modified_By fields).  When attempting to add a read only text field to my InfoPath form and bind the field to any of the fields above (e.g. "Modified") in my "Retrieve Info" data connection, I get the error "You have chosen to bind a non-repeating control to a repeating field or group.  This control will be bound to the first item in the repeating field or group."  Consequently, the fields on the form do not change accordingly when the same document is edited multiple times. 

Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?

I cannot open it in SharePoint. I get the error : This form cannot be opened because it requires the domain permission level and it currently has restricted permission... Published location: file:///c:\users\teddy...\Status%20Report.xsn

Hi, click on tools, forms option, security and trust, and put him to full trust and sign your form.

I can't get to Form Options when I open your attachment. I immediately receieve the error and InfoPath closes.

Hi, right click on the file and click "design".

I see the repeating table that you added. I created a repeating table and copied only the four fields (Created, Created By, Modified, Modified By) to another form, bound them but still received the same pop-up error as before.

Hi, 

Now that there are multiple documents in the same view using the same form template, the repeating table with the created and modified fields appear for EACH document created from the form. For example, the Created, Created By, Modified, and Modified By fields appear multiple times down the page.  It seems anytime a user modifies a document (e.g. Document A), EVERY document that uses the same form template has a line added with created and modified information for Document A.  Each document should only have ONE Created, Creaetd By, Modified, and Modified By field.  Documents should not have a line added each time any document is modifieid which uses the same form template.

I'm using a Repeating Table which is bound to the "Retrieve Field Info".  The fields in the table are also bound to the Retrieve Field Info.

Can someone please advise?
