GetUserProfileByName does not work in a Web Browser Form when clicking on a button

When attempting to select a different name using the contact selector and clicking on the button to access the GetUserProfileByName Web Service, I get nothing.  But it does work in the InfoPath form.

I followed the directions according to http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb952744.aspx but this does not work in a Web Form.  I created a message txt box to out put the stack trace and I got the following message,    "at System.DirectoryServices.DirectoryEntry.Bind(Boolean throwIfFail)     at System.DirectoryServices.DirectoryEntry.Bind()     at System.DirectoryServices.DirectoryEntry.get_AdsObject()     at System.DirectoryServices.DirectorySearcher.FindAll(Boolean findMoreThanOne)     at System.DirectoryServices.DirectorySearcher.FindOne()     at testWebService.FormCode.btnGetUserInfo_Clicked(Object sender, ClickedEventArgs e)."

How do I get this to work when I want to get another user's information?  Is there a way to set it up in rules?  If I want to get my information from GetUserProfileByName it works.  I want to be able to get another user's information.
