Populating multiple fields from a SQL datasource

I have a browser-based form in Infopath 2007 that needs to capture data from a SQL server database table (2008 R2).  I am having trouble figuring out the best way to populate several fields that make up name, address, city, state, zip.  From what I see, multi-column listboxes are not compatible.  I see examples using cascading and XML--should I look to get dumps from the table as XML?  If so, that is not ideal.

    Hi,

Have you seen our DBXL Data Query software?

    http://www.qdabra.com/en/products/WSSP.aspx

DBXL Data Query is a generic web service that you can install that will allow you to easily connect to SQL tables and pull back just the information you need.  It works with browser forms and works without code.

We also have a version of this tool that allows for submitting your InfoPath data to SQL as well.

I would be happy to give you a demo of the tool if you are intersted, you can send me a message through the forum.

    Ted
