I was just introduced to infopath last week. I am trying to create a multiuser timesheet which connects to an access database on a shared drive. The timesheet is not the convential in/out timesheet but instead based upon project and the 4 cycles of the project. Planning, Fieldwork, Draft/Closing and Final Report. I want the data to hours to be packaged and sent to the database by week ending date but inserted daily by each employee. There are 20 projects which the department is working on, and the staff size is 21. Each auditor will be working on at most two projects. I would like for each auditor to be able to choose from a drop down list of projects or maybe have the projects already on form view. Please help.
