I have setup the data source to be my sharepoint list and it is working great for the text fields. The boolean yes/no fields auto generate as checkboxes but they do not appear checked or unchecked based on their values. If I set them to text fields they populate as 1 or 0. What do I need to do differently to make the checkboxes show the true or false value of the yes/no from Sharepoint. Thanks. 09-04-2010 01:19 AM In reply to Qazi Anis Joined on 03-13-2009 Chicago Posts 1,025 Re: Checkbox populated from Sharepoint Mark as Not AnswerMark as Answer... Reply Contact you can use multiple approach. 1) on form load set a rule to check the value comming from the sharepoint list and accordingly set the check box. 2) in the check box properties change the checked and unchecked values to 1 and 0.
