Hi everyone,
I'm working on a project that has the potential to require multiple approvals, at the form creators descretion.  Right now I'm using a repeating field to enter in the email addresses of the approvers, a double eval to send out the emails, and a sum of how many approvers there are which is compared to a sum of how many approvers approved to determine if the project is approved.  I'm wondering if there is a way to track who approved the document so I don't have the same person approving multiple times.  Thanks!

well i will suggest you to create a workflow sort of thing so that the form moves from one approver to another and you can keep track of the approvals

I was thinking about that, but one of the requirements was having no specific order to the approvers.  I probably should have mentioned that in my original post.  Thanks though!  If nothing else comes up I may return to my manager and make that suggestion.

well for this a simple solution would be to use a secondary data connection, when the form is created create an entry in a list/table to set the value of four fields;

pending approval: all email ids

approvers: blank

disapprovers: blank

all_ids: all email ids

at form load check if the persons email id is in the pending approval field, if so allow him access, if not change the view to readonly.
