Hi

Is there any way to limit the download permission in the form?

 I have a form that is not web based, users can open it download it, and open with microsoft word, and now the can change the data which they dont have permission in the form. Iin the form the fields are desplay just by some conditions, but in this way they can see the fields they dont have permission an also change it... any solution?

This is a trivial problem, the only solution i found for this one is encryption, i encrypt the data contained in the form, at the form load i decrypt the data and allow the user to modify and after the user saves/submits the form i save/submit an encrypted copy.

well that code is for only one field, you can use this to encrypt the fields, a similar code is required to decode the field. This piece of code on submittion/saving.

At submit save time the events should be like

1) encrypt the fields

2) submit/save

3) decrypt the fields.

On form load decrypt the form.

You mean I should add the code in the submit button or in the open and save rule?

you will need to write code on submit, save, open.
