Rich Text Box - Text Color forces IE to display the top of the form

Hello,

I have an infopath browser based form (SharePoint / I.E. 8) that has several Rich Text Boxes on it. When a user selects the "text color" option from the Rich Text box formatting editor tool bar (pop up) the screen moves to the top of the form and tabbing no longer works. Has anyone else experiecned this?
