Hi,
I've created my infopath form and it works just fine. This form has the purpose to fill a questionaire with General and Specific details into an MS Access Database. My problem is that the general Details are to be repeated with the same values in each record 106 times, these fields are such as Date, Address, Office Name. Into the specific details there are other fields like Item number, description, list of artifacts, target date. The specific details change all 106 times but the the general details must remain Static all the way down until the 106 item. After be hard to make the 106 item I would change those General fields again. I thought making drop down boxes but I would 1000 options for each different office.
Each time I submit a new record to the database, I will delete all information incluiding the General Detail, causing a lot of waste of time while typing it all over again. How do I avoid infopath of deleting this portion?
