I have a document library with several + signs that have an asignee next to them, for example, a person for the project. I added a form to the library and it's in the library, but my name doesn't appear in the tree view with the plus sign next to it so that people can click on it and expand to see all my projects. How do I add my name to the view with a plus sign next to it?

it seems the view of the document library has been grouped by name, since yours is only one form it is shown loosely, try adding one more and see if it gets grouped.
