Hi there

As I understand it you need Inpath to complete the form even if it is an email form. Can one only install the filler for users who only completes forms and do no designing?
And can one download the Filler for free or do you need buy and install Infopath?

My second question is; Can the Forms be based on a Sharepoint Foundation liabrary or is that functionality only available for Sharepoint Server.

Thanks for the insightful quesitons.

Unfortunately, the filler is not free. It should be, but it isn't. Complain to Microsoft.

If you have InfoPath rich client, you can save them in a document library in Foundation Library. That will work. No need to buy a server unless you want to view the forms in the browser.
