hi,

I have a form which has a repeating table with three columns and now i have three dropdowns and now i am trying to populate these three columns in each dropdown. i need unique values but iam not getting it.
I tried the sample tutorial in this it is not working.

any suggestions.

Hi shreeprabu,

Make the changes as per your requirement as below

In the Specify Filter Conditions dialog box, select The Expression from the first drop-down list, and then type the expression as:

not(. = ../preceding::my:{RepeatingGroupName}/my:{FirstTextBoxName})

Replace this {RepeatingGroupName} with your exact repeating group name and also replace this { FirstTextBoxName } with your exact text box name

Repeat the steps for all the three drop downs respectively

I have one small issue in this since the data source is a flat one say <year><Make><Model>(reapeating) and generated by the infopath form.

I have three dropdowns corresponding to the there from the datasource now i have to filter Model based on the Make and Make based on the year

but it is ot happening when i try to do i there any other way to do
