SPD Action - "Wait for field change in current item" TROUBLE

    Hello!

I have MOSS 2010 and trying to develop a reusable workflow for a site with SPD 2010.

I developed a form, uploaded it and activated to the site i needed with some properties promoted. Then i created form library, and "linked" the form to that list. After that i "attached" the process to the created form library.

There is SPD action "Wait for field change in current item" in the process that is waiting for some of the promoted properties to change. But it doesn't work then property changes. The changing of the property i can see in xml file of the filled form and in the property column in the form library.

    Where is the problem?

    Does anybody know?

    Thank You.

    Hi Azhilenko,

This should work if the XML is changing. If you are changing the properties using another process, it may not work. Make sure the XML Modified Date is changing. If that is changing, you should look at your workflow in SPD. We've done this before so you should be good to go, but we would have to look at your workflow and formlib setup to advise further.

    Best of luck!

    Hello Patrick!

    Thank You for reply.

There is the record registered during processing - Waiting on 91a111c0-d7cc-4428-8d23-44846bdf67f5.

I remember instead of GUID there was Property's name in the history log...

    Am i right?

May it clarify anything about this problem?
