yes, I am opening it in the Browser. The submit is't working after publishing the form, it works when I try it in preview.

Interesting - I'm not sure what to suggest, but I would recommend you start a new thread with this additional information (that you are opening in Browser, what version of IP, what version of SharePoint, that email is configured, that there are no errors in the logs - which I'm guessing on, as you don't mention any) rather than adding more info to this old thread that is on a different topic.
