InfoPath Dev

Hi,

  I have a Problem in Infopath browser forms. I have a contact Selector to select a user on the form.When I select a person I want to autopopulate their Phone , Fax and email on the form. I am getting this error when i select a user from the conatct selector and want to display that user's information:

I am using GetProfileByName webservice 

 The query cannot be run for the following DataObject: GetUserProfileByName
InfoPath cannot run the specified query.
The SOAP response indicates that an error occurred:

A user with the account name sp could not be found. ---> User Not Found: Could not load profile data from the database.
