    Feature Activation Failing

    I have created a simple test form and packaged it up as a feature and deployed it to the SharePoint farm.  Everything works as expected.  When I attempt to activate the feature in a site collection I get the following message:

    There has been a critical error while processing the form.

    Interestingly the form template is copied over to the FormServerTemplate library. This must be something simple but I'm stumped at the moment.  Any help is appreciated.

    My Feature.xml file looks like this:

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>

    <Feature xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/sharepoint/"

    Id="DE7C8197-4FF3-41f5-B13A-6ACB94FA0C77"

    Title="Test Form Template"

    Description="These feature deploys our sample InfoPath form"

    Version="1.0.0.0"

    Scope="Site"

    DefaultResourceFile="ipfscore"

    ReceiverClass="Microsoft.Office.InfoPath.Server.Administration.XsnFeatureReceiver"

    ReceiverAssembly="Microsoft.Office.InfoPath.Server, Version=12.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=71e9bce111e9429c" >

    <ActivationDependencies>

    <ActivationDependency FeatureId="C88C4FF1-DBF5-4649-AD9F-C6C426EBCBF5"/>

    </ActivationDependencies>

    <ElementManifests>

    <ElementManifest Location="element.xml"/>

    <ElementFile Location="MyTestFormTemplate.xsn"/>

    </ElementManifests>

    </Feature>

     and my element.xml file looks like this:

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>

    <Elements xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/sharepoint/">

    <Module Name="XSN" Url="FormServerTemplates" RootWebOnly="TRUE">

    <File Url="MyTestFormTemplate.xsn" Name="MyTestFormTemplate.xsn" Type="GhostableInLibrary"/>

    </Module>

    </Elements>

     The error logs show the following errors but I'm not sure what they mean:

    Failig FormTemplate.GetLatestVersion for: urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:infopath:MyTestFormTemplate:-myXSD-2010-07-05T15-58-08, latestVersion=, versionCount=0
