Creating a button to hide and unhide a form

Im sorry but im not sure if this has been asked already or what im trying to do is even possible:

Is it possible to create that blue button to hide and unhide the section wherein i have "to be paid to supplier" and "income for tpli" text box? Im trying to do this that everytime a user prints this form, he/she has the option to hide this section?

Another question. How do I automaticaly add the currenies USD and PHP into Unit Price, Total Tax, and Subtotal whenever a user selects from the drop down currency.

     Many thanks

    Hello Batusai,

Why not using an optional section instead of a normal section for your two optional fields? That should do the job very well. For your currencies problem, i'm afraid I have no idea.

    Hope that helps a little

    @mgarant

I have tried your suggestion before, and im keeping it as an option if what Im trying to do is not possible.

    Many thanks!

regarding my question on currency, this is what Im trying to do:

i tried to look at the binding and all, but as a noob with no background in programming, i find this a bit difficult.

    edit:

    here's what I did:

I created another text box then bound it to the currencies drop down list, removed the borders and shading.

Sure, you should be able to do this with conditional formatting and an extra field.

The field could be a normal text field - with a default value of 1.

Create a button on your form which sets the value of the new field = -1 * the field.

Right click on the section you want to be able to hide - go to the conditional formatting and set when new field = -1 that the section is hidden.

Now the user can press the button once - section disappears - press it again and it reappears.
