InfoPath Dev

I am using InfoPath 2003 and have created a form.  Upon clicking Submit on the form, I need the data to go to sharepoint (got that done already), but then I need to reset the form so that all fields but two aren't populated.  So after submission, I want say the date and name to stay exactly as input the first time, but all other fields to clear out.  I've tried adding rules, but I'm obviously doing something wrong since I get an error upon submission.  Can someone help me?

What kind of errors do you see? Can you attach a snapshot of how the rules look?

the ones that currently say false() are what I'm trying to get to clear after submission.  I tried null too and got an error.

error is:  Some rules not applied.

InfoPath cannot submit the form.
An error occurred while the form was being submitted.
A value in the form may be used to specify the file name. If you know the value in the form that specifies the file name, revise it and try again. Otherwise, contact the author of the form template.
