Optional sections appear on separate pages when converted to PDF

I have a form (Infopath 2007) with 2 views: One where the user inputs information, and the second view places that information into a standard format we require so it can be converted to a PDF and sent in.

There are 2 optional sections, each with 5 questions (which set of questions they get depends on an earlier selection) for the user to answer. After the user has answered those questions and submits the form, the view changes. The 5 questions with the answers are there and break across pages (even in Print Preview mode). However, when I use the Export To > PDF or XPS option to create the PDF, the optional section no longer appears on the first page but instead is on a second page of its own, as if a page break has been entered.

It seems that the converter is considering the optional section as one big item that will not fit on the first page, so puts it on the second. Does anyone know why this is happening, or if there is a way to prevent it?

Make sure the section properties have all padding and margins set to 0 and that hegith is set to "auto" .You might have other sections if you have many inside one another.

Thanks Patrick. I tried that and it is still pushing the section to the second page. It is an optional section within a table, but not in another section. Any other ideas?
