One of the fields in this form is usedfor choosing a customer. There is a list of more than 8000 customers. First I tried to implement a ressource file, but the form gets very slow. Are there better solutions available? I'd like to store the customer data in a SharePointList in order to let people search in the infopath form for a customer. Is something likethat possible? Any experience? 06-21-2010 01:43 AM In reply to Qazi Anis Joined on 03-13-2009 Chicago Posts 1,025 Re: Search for SharePoint List data in InfoPath Mark as Not AnswerMark as Answer... Reply Contact i would suggest you use object model to fetch the contents at run time, give the users a text box to fill in the first few letters of the customer name and then fetch the matching records and populate them in a dropdown box and let the user choose the customer name. this approach will be faster Qazi AnisTechnical ArchitectBitwise Inc 06-21-2010 01:54 AM In reply to testuser Joined on 05-15-2008 Posts 45 Re: Search for SharePoint List data in InfoPath Mark as Not AnswerMark as Answer...
