Digital Signatures - Browser enabled forms

I have been asked to deploy a digital signature solution for signing of leave forms in my environment. I’m hoping to incorporate signing of InfoPath browser enabled forms in my 2 step SharePoint approval workflow for both line manager and CFO to sign the form. Is there a way to deploy this without having to get a digital certificate CA for my SharePoint server?  Or is this the best/easiest method?

    Hi Dom80,

    Welcome to the forum!

You might want to consider using Electronic Signature in your InfoPath forms instead. Here's a blog post that has the steps on how to create a template part that you can easily inject into your form templates. Please read the post for more details about its benefits and advantages. To make it work in browser-enabled forms, please follow the steps in this blog post.

    Hope it helps!
