Is it possible to populate an InfoPath browser form offline and the somehow get it to upload to SharePoint server when user connects to our network?

We do not have Exchange or Outlook. Our Moss servers are not available to the Internet. Only via VPN or direct connect to corporate network.

Scenario: The user is not connected to Internet or Network. An InfoPath browser form is on a users local PC.  The user fills out the form and submits.  Form is uploaded when user DOES connect to Network.

Is this possible?

One question, though: If the user is not connected, how will that user be able to open the form locally? I believe that, if the user is not able to connect to MOSS, then any form will open in InfoPath and not in the browser.

You are correct.  I don't think the users understand that they don't really NEED to do this at all.  They will need to connect to our network ANYWAY to get their email, etc.

I am going to make them understand this.
