Hi,
We have one of the business requirements for a process as follows:
1. A workflow process with few steps starts Ege. assuming repairing a car which has air-conditioning issue.
2. The workflow process ends (when all steps are executed).
3. However when the mechanic or owner does an inspection they find that there is another issue too i.e. could be coolant issue or some other problem. In such case the Workflow needs to be reopened.
How can this be achieved using custom workflows in sharepoint designer,
