Auto populate fields from SCCM into InfoPath

    Dear all,

I made a nice computer build checklist that users have to follow to build new computers that will upload to SharePoint 2007 for later review. I was able to get everything working but the last part.

I am trying to pull information from our SCCM SQL database into the form. Information I am interested in are: computer name, mac address, video card, memory, harddrive size, CPU.

At the moment we are using pull down menus to populate those fields, but it would be nice to have those fields to populate by themselves.
I can access the SQL database and see all the tables that hold the information, but I don't know how to identify the computer with the stored information in the SCCM SQL database.

    Any thoughts?

    Kind regards,

    Marcel Duran

    Hi,

I don't see a response to this question.  I was considering the same type of design. Did you get it working?
