Select secondary data in a repeating table to populate a new table?

    Browser enabled forms.

I have secondary data source, and It contains a text string and an option button. Is there a way to use one of the options to set a rule to copy the text string contents of the secondary data to another repeating table in a different view? So the new table expands or contracts depending on the option button decision to add or subtract the row data? All other non-selected items would not appear in the new table.

Does not appear that infopath allows adding rows to tables. (codeless)  I experimented with text boxes, but the lack of carriage returns (formatting) and charactor limits of 255 seems prohibitive.

As always, this is certainly possible via custom code. Otherwise, you can accomplish this with the CopyTable command in qRules. You can download a free trial to test it out before you buy. Good luck!
