I have a drop down list box with several values manually entered at design time.  This drop down list box exists within a repeating table.  Once the user selects "value1" from the drop down list box, I want to either create a rule or disable that entry from being selected again in the next instance of the repeated table.

Can this be done?

  you cannot disable or remove the item from the list box, however we can definely prevent the user from selecting the same item again. check attachment

I had an issue which is some what similar to this thread. I want your help in finding a solution.

Issue is: I am unable to clear  old values of multi-select list box. actually, i have a REST URL data connection as source for multi-select list box. when other dropdown changes, the REST URL will be updated and new values will be displayed in multi-select list box. However, when user already selected a value in multi-select list box and if he is changing the dropdown value, the multi-select is showing new list of entries with old selected values.

I tried making the multi-select binded field to blank on dropdown change, but i couldn't succeed. 

please help me out.
