Hi I'm trying to automate the appraisal process. I designed a form which is having some hidden sections. I want the hidden sections to be displayed only when my manager logs in, and it remains hidden when any other employee try to access that form. I want to publish this form to a SharePoint website. to hide sections u can use conditional formatting, or you can better create seperate views to be shown on who the user is.

Then how do I differentiate between the manager and the employee. Their has to be a condition which checks who is accessing the form. How to check for that ??

is there some kind of list, table or such thing where you store the user information, as to who is manager who is employee.. if so you can create a secondary data connection to that list/table and compare the logged in user to that and check what is the role of the person and based on that change the views or hide/unhide the sections/fields
