Problem upgrading infopath form error message

We are having an issue with one of our administrator approved InfoPath forms.  When I try to upgrade the form I get this message “The following form template cannot be upgraded because it is not currently uploaded on this farm: urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:infopath:RFC-TradeTicket:-myXSD-2005-09-22T20-42-56”.  The form in question has already been uploaded to the site and is working correctly.  I think the issue started when I moved our content database to another server.  Since then I have not been able to upgrade the form.  Any help would be appreciated.

try removing the current template and uploading the new template keeping the name same.

Is there a way to preserve the workflow's?  I think they will be removed once i remove the template.  Also i have been working with microsoft on this one.  I will keep this forum updated.

I think you're right if you remove the template your workflows will be history.

Do you need to do an upgrade?  Try unselecting the upgrade option to upload the form.  Of course, this may mean you have two distinct content types that will have to be added to the form library.
