using repeating table as data grid

Hello, This is my first post and i hope i will get answer to problem i am trying to solve. I want to have data grid functionality in my infopath form. I think i have to use repeating table for this Here is what i want to achieve. On button click infopath form calls the webservice and loads the data into the repeating table. Now i want that user double click the any row of repeating table then that row is added to another repeating table in the same form i dont know how to capture double click even on the row of repeating table?? . Later in the second repeating table if the user double clicks on any row i want the clicked row to be deleted from the repeating table. I think this is common functionality to achive from data grid and as infopath dont have data grid to please tell how to acheive this in infopath . I am using infopath 2007 and programming it in visual studio 2008 (C#)Any help or pointers are appreciated. Thanks Imran

Hi Imran and welcome to the InfoPath Dev forums.

Code is typically what you need to work with repeating data in the way you described.

We have actaully created a tool called qRules that lets you leverage code we have written already to work with repeating tables and delete/insert.  You don't actually need to know code to use qRules, you use the InfoPath rules to call the code.  You can find the product here: http://www.qdabra.com/en/products/qRules.aspx

We have a free trial version (time limited) so you should be able to try it out and see how it works.

    Ted
