    Conditional Formatting

    I have a question about conditional formatting in InfoPath.

    I have a few checkboxes and what i want is that if i checked all checkboxes a sentence becomes green so you know that you checked everything.

    The problem is that i have 9 checkboxes and conditional formatting only allows 5 at a time. So what happens is is if i check the first 5 boxes the sentence become's green while 4 checkboxes are still blank.

    I already tried 2 seperate conditional formatting jobs but it didn't work.

    Someone please help me!

    try the reverse one.

    by default have the text to be greeen and put conditional formatting

    if checkbox1 != true or checkbox2 != true  or checkbox3 != true

     set text to normal color.

    have multiple conditional formattings like the above i.e. checkbox 1- 5 in first and 6-9 in another

     I made multiple conditional formattings and the problem is when i check the first 5 checkboxes the text becomes green and if i only check 6-9 it also becomes green.

    It seems you have done exactly opposite of what i said, can you read my above post again and try to do it again, if you are unable to do it or it does not work attach the form template, so that i can set the condition for you as soon as i get time

     Is it possible that you can make a step by step tutorial for me ?

    The form contains private information and can't be published on the internet.

    Hope you can help me.
