use below code.. you have changed the name of autopsy field...

string autopsy_no = this.MainDataSource.CreateNavigator().SelectSingleNode("/my:myFields/my:autopsy.", this.NamespaceManager).Value;

string save_location = "C:\\new folder\\"+autopsy_no+".pdf";

this.CurrentView.Export(save_location, ExportFormat.Pdf);

make sure "C:\\new folder" exists
