Browser From Error Alert:A script on this page is causing Internet Explorer to run slowly. If it continues to run, your computer may become unresponsive. Do you want to abort this script?

Hello everyone, this is my frist question in InfoPath Dev. I hope all the things i say will make sence.

I have published a Infopath From into the Sharepoint Form Libray. Some field of this form is received from the Sharepoint List and i make it as the dropdown list control.

Now one field have around 1,300 data in the sharepoint list, i must display all of them in the Form dropdown list. So now, when i open the form in Sharepoint Site, there is a error message like:

A script on this page is causing Internet Explorer to run slowly. If it continues to run, your computer may become unresponsive. Do you want to abort this script?

And then I  click yes and the form can open successfull, just it cost some second.

what should i do to avoid this error message, do you guys have any good suggestion?

PS: Before this I use the same way to display the data in dropdown list, just the count of data in Sharepoint List is not much like thik. And it works very fine.

This issue is common when there is a lot of data to pull back from dataconnection and particularly if theres filtering on a large dataset. You'll probably find that using Firefox doesn't have this issue. Looking at your issue, it seems as if you have a straight dataset to pull from a dataconnection, unless there is some sort of validation issue with the data comming through I don't think there's much you can do in terms of a centralised solution, however, changing the registry settings will make the message go away in the short term.
