InfoPath Dev

I downloaded the Bulk Edit Tool but when I try and connect to my QdabraWebService I get the following error:

 Could not retrieve doctype summaries.
Errors:

All I can do is click OK.  I am on dbxl version 2.1.2823.29373.  Do I need 2.2 or 2.3?  If I do need them, how do I update forms I already have?

I realize that we've probably contacted Jeff via phone or email, but for anyone reading: yes, Bulk Edit requires DBXL v2.3.
